Okra Hill is an ominous landmark and the last remaining piece of diamond-rich real-estate in the country. Omar and The Block lay dynamite in the hill so rebels and diamond cartels and the corrupt government can’t get their hands on the diamonds. It’s a kimberlite mountain stuffed with millions of diamonds. Older than the beginning of time, the Hill is untouched. Gem-quality stones are said to be lying just beneath its surface. Locals believe the hill is cursed with a devil and if anyone goes near it, they will die. Dynamite is the only way to those diamonds, but everyone has an agenda about The Hill:

Dominics: Dominant world cartel place Boris Van Steiner in Sierra Leone. They want the contents to stabilize and control the global diamond market.

Boris Van Steiner: His mission is to instigate a military coup d’état that will create a diversion while he blows up the mountain, then airlift the mass of gravel out of the country. A vast undertaking that takes considerable planning as kimberlite mining is banned in Sierra Leone. The penalty—death by firing squad. Boris wants to eliminate Dominics and keep the gravel for himself. He believes the diversion of a coup d’état will keep people away from the area.

Rebels: Both factions of the rebels, the RUF and the NPRC want the mountain because the diamonds in it will finance their civil war.

Omar Ash-Raff: He wants the diamonds in the mountain to finance peace and stability in the country. Omar wants the contents of Okra Hill for the people.

Chief Kaboo: Tribal leader and owner of the Hill.  Kaboo believes it’s cursed by a devil and gives the mountain to Omar to do what he wants with it.
